When will my order ship?
All stocked items placed Tuesday-Saturday before 5pm will begin processing the same day or next day. Orders place after 5pm will begin processing the next business day. If merchandise not currently in stock we will follow-up with a email. We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. Please contact USPS if any package are lost thank you.
Exchanges
We only replace items damaged when received. Contact us no later than 48 hours with your order number, photos of damaged items, and name of product so that we may issue refund for replacement you have to be PayPal ready.

Refunds
Due to the nature of the products purchases made are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable for ANY reason.
Need to cancel my order!
Once order is placed, you may not cancel since all orders are final sale.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
While, each order is packaged with care. We understand that unexpected times can occur in transit.
For orders under $50 please contact a consultant from the delivery service (USPS) for assistance to filing a claims or locating packages. If they unavailable, please contact us so we can help with the problem and find a solution.
If your order is more than $50 and is missing, please contact the delivery service (USPS) to help locate your package and wait 2-3 days before contacting us.
After day 3 and still no package or if it has arrived damaged, please email us at info@pwjenterprizes.com for further assistance.
